Located just one block from the waterfront, our home offers easy access to Baltimore's top attractions, including Inner Harbor and Harbor East. With accommodation for up to 8 guests, enjoy our comfortable furnishings, fully-equipped kitchen, and large outdoor space with firepit and grill.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that combines the character of a historic row home with contemporary amenities. The living area is tastefully furnished, providing a cozy spot to relax after a day of exploring the city. Sink into the sofa and catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or curl up with a good book in one of the comfortable armchairs. Treat yourself to a Starbucks coffee at our coffee bar. Play one of our board games or grab a book to read from our library! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, which comfortably seats six, making it ideal for gatherings and memorable meals together. One of the highlights of this row home is the large outdoor deck space. The deck also features a grill, perfect for hosting a delightful barbecue cookout with your loved ones. Our solar-powered lights come alive at night, so you can continue to enjoy even after the sun sets. When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms awaiting you. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed, featuring cozy beds, soft linens, and ample storage space for your belongings. Whether you choose the master bedroom with its luxurious feel or one of the equally inviting guest rooms, a restful night's sleep is guaranteed. Pack-n-play included for your young child! The bathroom is stylishly appointed and offers modern fixtures, a refreshing shower, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Fresh towels and linens are provided to enhance your stay and ensure the utmost comfort. Pets are welcome! We do charge a $100 pet fee which goes to our cleaner.

Any evidence of smoking will incur a $1000 charge. No parties or events: Our Airbnb is located in a residential area, and out of respect for our neighbors, we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events on the premises. Any noise complaints will result in a cancellation of your reservation. Quiet hours: Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This ensures a peaceful environment for everyone's rest and relaxation. No extra guests: The number of guests stated in the reservation is the maximum allowed on the property. Any additional guests must be approved in advance. Please inform us of any changes to the guest count. Pets: Pets are welcome! We charge a $100 pet fee which goes directly to my cleaner Respect for the property: We take pride in our Airbnb and kindly request that you treat it with care and respect. Please be mindful of the furniture, appliances, and amenities provided. Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional charges. No loitering in the front of the house. Lancaster is a narrow street and neighbors will complain. No illegal activities: Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the property. Guests engaging in such activities will be reported to the authorities. Check-in and check-out times: Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. We may be able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs upon request, depending on availability. Please let us know in advance. Mina’s home was a perfect setting for our trip to Fells to visit family. It was conveniently located and exceptionally clean. The 3 bedroom layout worked great for 4 adults and 2 small children. A bonus was that the kids were able to see the New Year’s Eve fireworks from their top bunk bed! We would definitely stay again.

Great location!! We visit Fells at least twice a year and this was the most conveniently located airbnb we have stayed at. Nice size home with a good layout. Phenomenal water pressure. Will stay again!!
